Variable Quantities
Wilkinson Manufacturing understands the changing needs of businesses. Our main emphasis is on crafting small quantities of highly accurate components. We invest considerable time in both design and machining to ensure that tolerances are kept within thousandths of an inch, and in certain cases down to .0001 for our milling timing holes and other precision applications. It’s important to note that all measurements are conducted between 70-80 degrees year-round, which ensures stability at room temperature, as fluctuations at the worksite can affect measurements due to material expansion.
Capacity
We operate a Puma 700, which is equipped with a 36″ SMW Autoblok chuck, along with Puma GT3100 and GT4100 models. Additionally, we have Mitsubishi 12LB and 10HC machines, all fitted with high-quality Kitagawa B15 chucks. Our facility is well-equipped to handle a diverse range of part sizes, enabling us to process components ranging from 4″ to an impressive 36″ on our lathes. For milling operations, we utilize HAAS VF-2, VF-3, VF-3YT, and the larger VF-6 machines, allowing us to efficiently work with a variety of large production items.
